The Convention 108 of the Council of Europe<\/h3>\n

Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (STE No. 108) Opened for signature on January 28, 1981, the Convention was the first binding international legal instrument in the field of data protection. <\/p>\n
