In accordance with Circular No. 19 of 18 May 2018 on access to administrative documents held by public bodies, FIPA-Tunisia makes information and administrative documents that are freely accessible available to the public on its website.
This measure of access to information embodies the policy of transparency and respect for the right of every individual and legal entity to access the data and documents held by public services.
Other unclassified administrative documents may also be made available upon submission of a written request using the form provided for this purpose.
